Method

  1. Fry the paneer cubes in half the ghee until golden on two sides, then set aside.
  2. Wilt the spinach in the same pan and blend it coarsely.
  3. Add the remaining ghee, garlic and cumin to the pan and fry for a minute.
  4. Return the spinach and cream and simmer for five minutes.
  5. Fold the paneer back in at the end so it stays firm.
